Never more than Agora
Every tier is capped 1¢ under Agora’s list price per 1,000 minutes, enforced in code.
Usually much less
You pay what serving actually costs plus 15%, so small tiles and efficient streams cost less.
Prepaid, by the second
Buy credit, use it, top up automatically if you like. No invoices, no surprise bills.
Self-host for the fee
Run relays anywhere and pay only $0.01 per GiB to MOQOM.
Per participant-hour, launch pricing, subject to change before general availability. These prices are built on standard cloud list rates, before any partner pricing; we are negotiating partner rates with Google Cloud, Cloudflare and AWS. Agora: Interactive Live Streaming list prices, October 2026. MOQOM figures from the published billing formula at default stream bitrates; actual charges follow measured bytes and seconds.
Three parts, then a cap.
What delivery costs us
Internet egress from the relay (Google Cloud list price, currently $0.12/GiB) and a small compute meter per connected participant. Ingress is free.
A small markup
A percentage on top of cost, currently 15%. It's a percentage of cost, so it shrinks when our egress costs do.
1¢ per GiB delivered
Covers the control plane, tokens, moderation and metering. It's the same whoever runs the relay.
Never above Agora − 1¢
Each participant's charge is capped at the ceiling for their role and resolution.
The markup and platform fee are current defaults and may change. The live values are always available fromGET /v1/rates.
MOQOM ceilings vs Agora Interactive Live Streaming list prices
USD per 1,000 participant-minutes. Tiers follow Agora's billing: the aggregate resolution of all the video a participant receives at once.
| Tier | Hosts & interactive audience | Broadcast audience | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Agora list | MOQOM ceiling | Agora list | MOQOM ceiling | |
| AudioNo video | $0.99 | $0.98 | $0.59 | $0.58 |
| HDUp to 1280×720 aggregate | $3.99 | $3.98 | $1.99 | $1.98 |
| Full HDUp to 1920×1080 aggregate | $8.99 | $8.98 | $4.59 | $4.58 |
| 2KUp to 2560×1440 aggregate | $15.99 | $15.98 | $7.99 | $7.98 |
| 2K+Above 2560×1440 aggregate | $35.99 | $35.98 | $17.99 | $17.98 |
The ceiling is a maximum, not a price. Billing is cost-plus, so a typical bill is below the ceiling. You are charged the ceiling only when cost-plus would come out higher.

Estimate a session
Rough numbers before you commit. Everything is calculated in your browser.
Turn on JavaScript to use the estimator.
Estimate only, not a quote. On MOQOM Cloud, the upper bound uses the published caps. The cost-plus figure depends on the bitrate you assume above, and your bill is metered on the bytes actually delivered. For self-hosted relays, both figures are the platform fee at the assumed bitrate.
Run your own relays. Pay only the platform fee.
Run MOQOM relays on your own infrastructure and pay your provider for the bandwidth. MOQOM charges only the platform fee: 1¢ per GiB delivered.
- The same control plane, tokens, rooms and moderation as MOQOM Cloud
- You still have an API key and a prepaid balance. Your relays report usage with a relay key
- Relays keep admitting sessions while the balance is in good standing
- For your own applications and users, including commercial ones
Example
A relay you run delivers 10 TiB in a month.
10,240 GiB × $0.01 = $102.40
You pay your cloud provider for egress and MOQOM for the platform fee.
Prepaid, transparent, self-serve.
Prepaid credit
Add credit, then spend it. Top-ups start at $10. There are no invoices to chase and no surprise overage bills.
Auto top-up
Set a threshold and an amount, and your saved card is charged when the balance drops below it. Configure it through the API.
Stripe checkout and receipts
Payment runs on Stripe-hosted checkout, so card details never reach MOQOM's servers. Receipts and saved cards are in the Stripe customer portal.
Everything is an API call.
Balance, top-ups, auto top-up and API keys are all available over HTTPS with your backend key. A key's secret is shown once, when it is issued. After that it can be revoked and replaced, but not recovered.

What happens when my balance runs out?
New sessions aren't admitted until you top up. Turn on auto top-up to avoid that during a live event.
